If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.


We hope you like our product. However, we will happily replace or refund a product if you are not satisfied with what you have received; or if what you received was damaged or defective.

Please provide your name and order number when contacting us so we can quickly send out a replacement. You will be asked to send us back your damage or defective product.


If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days. This applies to UNOPENED products only. You as the customer are responsible for return shipping costs. The product must be returned to receive a refund. Once the product is received you will be issued a full refund, minus shipping costs within 21 days.


We will pay for shipping for replacements. Please review our shipping policy for more about shipping.
